One of Senge�s five components of a learning organization is team learning. One attribute of a school that supports such learning is teachers meeting in teams multiple times during the school day each week to learn how to address challenging issues. Another attribute is all teachers feel responsibility for all students learning. This article provides examples of how Milken schools structure team learning.
